Nicholas was the listing agent for the property I purchased.
since I was not working with a realtor he handled the transaction. I felt he worked fairly between me and the seller to bring the transaction to a close. Since I offered a little more than I initially wanted to spend, I asked Nick to discuss getting some of the furniture with the purchase. Nick was able to get this done.
